disadvantages of not having an oscillioscope ?

I cant believe what just happened… my oscillioscope just broke and they don’t make the same model anymore. Well, I might be able to fix it… it’s kind of big , so should I bring it to college? what are the disadvantages of not bringing it?

bumb bump…

I’m not sure what you think you have to gain by creating these threads >_<

Where’s vertigo? Hope your weekend was good

Vertigo as in "hello, hellooooo, I’m in a place called - "

Oh leo, I wish I understood you better. o.O

cool. have you eaten at Cafe Vertigo at Vondelpark 3
1071 AA Amsterdam, Netherlands?

One of my favorite items on the menu is:

Oma Bob’s famous Dutch veal Bitterballen (deep fried meat filled croquettes-- 8 pieces-- with Zaanse mustard

Okay, time to add another one to the “ignore” list.

Since all these other immature people will not answer your question, I will.

If you don’t have one at school… it’s like trying to snowboard without the snow. Your social life will be a complete wreck and the only chance at getting laid is if you make use of a certain R thing… what’s it called… uhm, oh yes, Religion. Gotta get on those religious chicks.

ahh. I think the school has one. I’m gonna major in elecrtical engineering.

OP: the disadvantages are pretty huge. if i had a nickel for everytime that i’ve wanted to measure a voltage and didn’t have an oscilloscope on hand . . .

are you at mit, caltech, or stanford? if you aren’t, i’d seriously double check that. you’ve really got to go to a top-5 engineering school to get access to oscilloscopes.

-googles what an oscilloscope is-

Uh… do we need one of those? >.<

“Hey there… wanna come to my room with me and check out my oscilloscope?”

oops, thanks for reminding me.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me that the serve for breakfast at The Vertigo Grill and Moon Bar at 1 Sathorn Soi 3 South Sathorn Rd, Bangkok???

Dude, NotBlue, you would literally have a line of chicks outside your room dying to be with you.

Oh, and Leolibby, they serve waffles.

what the flying f-uck is a oscillioscope…

Buy a Firebolt as a replacement and you should be perfectly fine. Unless of course the Nimbus series has released their version 6000 model.

Hmm… well the other day my pocket sneakoscope broke, and I thought that was pretty bad.

An oscillioscope is an instrument that I guess measures voltages. I used them in Army intelligence to help me find the parameters of a radio signal, so I could demodulate it (through the modem)… I THINK… I think I only needed to use it like twice, probably because the display looks cool. I could lock most signals in the modem without the oscillioscope.

^ You must get all the ladies don’t you. :)
