If there is 8th grade in my high school and I got in trouble in 8th grade could colleges see that?

That’s a Q for your advisor. We can’t know.
Define “trouble.” Most behavior that results in a detention is not something that is reported to colleges, and I highly doubt that your school would report anything that occurred in the 8th grade.
Did you plagiarize an essay or bully someone? Maybe your high school would report it. Did you talk back to a teacher, use your cell phone during hours etc. and get a detention? The school probably isn’t going to tell the college. You have to ask your counselor.
