Has anyone heard anything yet?</p>
<p>I heard it arrives in UPS Mail, so maybe it’ll arrive late.</p>
<p>They said late April, final notifications would come out. How do you guys know its coming on this particular day???</p>

<p>I called the Asian and Pacific Islanders Office. The program director said they were being mailed out today, so we should get them next week. Also, we are gonna get an email, but she didn’t say when… lol</p>
<p>Getting very anxious…just checked my mail and found nothing :(</p>
<p>I feel the very same way guys… I’m extremely nervous, this week seems like it took forever due to the wait… best of luck to everyone and can’t wait to find out who got it.</p>
<p>I called the Gates//Hispanic Scholarship Fund and a representative told me that it was arrive in the regular USPS. No UPS guys! dahhh!!</p>
<p>Are you serious lovetruth?! They are going to make us wait more?! This is making me even more nervous. Why can’t they just tell us through email? It’d be much faster… :(</p>

<p>well at least for those fortunate ones that do become GM Scholars it’ll make it that much sweeter via wait.</p>
<p>Also, I got in contact with a friend of mine who graduated from HS in '06 and is currently a scholar at Yale… he said that the wait period hasn’t really changed (he saw the GMS website) and if he remembers correctly he didn’t find out until around April 22nd… so we may have to wait longer than we thought… probably until sometime next week to find out for sure…</p>

They never disclose that type of information so no one knows for sure.</p>
<p>i waited impatiently alll day today for nothing! lol. i’m such a nervous wreck… i really hope we find out soon!</p>
<p>i’m pretty sure they send it priority…2-3 days…they also have tracking numbers which means nothing to us but a friend last year who got gates told me</p>

<p>ah, I’m kinda like, I don’t need it anymore, but it’d be awesome! Like, no work study or even the smallest loans and I hear it covers travel. Ah, that’d be sweet.</p>
