<p>But USPS is fantastic. Three days it takes for standard mail for make it to its destination. So maybe Monday/Tuesday?</p>
<p>I’m such a wreck as well, the only thing that made my day better was that I won $50 from scratching a lotto ticket. 
woohoo! I really can’t believe we have to wait, but I hope it’s worth it.</p>
<p>didn’t someone say it was overnight mail though? so shouldnt we find out tomorrow?</p>
<p>Last year’s scholars got their packet through overnight mail, but it turns out this year they are doing it through normal USPS. No wonder the finalist letter said “late April”.</p>

<p>Two years ago notifications came in a large envelope via snail mail.</p>

<p>It’s just regular mail, usually UPS Ground.</p>
<p>Thing is that it is so ridiculously slow that it’s called Snail Mail.</p>

<p>Whattt?? So I have to wait even longer to find out if I am a Scholar? So with HSF, we won’t find out today, but next week? =P Haha, that’s so frustrating. I am totally waiting by the mailbox everyday. So it’s a for sure that we AREN’T going to get it today? I mean the Hispanics. Haha, I don’t know. I am like blah right now. I really wanted to know today. I really need this scholarship. Haha. Well I hope that I get a HUGE packet in the mail. For those who don’t get HUGE packets, do you get smaller ones saying that you didn’t make the cut to become a Scholar?I am going to cry if idon’t goet it and I will cry if I do.</p>

Is it even possible? I have not heard of any scholars except for javerie.</p>
<p>Don’t worry, I am sure you will do fine without this scholarship. Out of many many applications, you made it to the top 2000 (I am guessing) and that is something to be proud of!</p>
