Dislike for Chemistry and Physics... Is this a bad sign?

I hate Chemistry and Physics (but I love Bio). Is Chemistry and Physics really going to make a difference later on, like in medical school? I know I have to take them since they’re pre-reqs and all, but I would really prefer never to see it again after I get those over with.

The underlying concepts are pretty important. But you’ll never be asked to calculate the forces due to gravity or diagram a redox reaction.

You will be expected to be familiar with equilibrium constants, enzyme kinetics, hydrophobicity, diffusion variables, acid/base reactions, chemical bonding, molecular weights, reactive oxygen species, etc.

You will be expected to understand ion gradients, electrostatic forces and potentials, hemodynamic forces like oncotic and hemodynamic presssures, fluid flow, quantitative analysis in three dimensions, specific gravity (in context of lab analysis), and others.

On the other hand, it’s not like you ever have to sit down with a physics textbook and diagram out the forces as a block travels up a ramp.
