Distance Learning High Schools?

My thanks to the Harvard recruitment program student who posted this information in another thread. I have a question about how that would work with

1) the venerable [University of Nebraska-Lincoln Independent Study High School](http://nebraskahs.unl.edu/index.html)

2) the brand-new [EPGY Online High School](http://epgy.stanford.edu/ohs/)

or more generally any other correspondence or distance learning program for high school. Are high school students applying to Harvard from such schools then assigned to admission subcommittees by residence address, or by some other criterion?

Residence address. You would be considered a “homeschooled” student and your residence would be the factor.
