Distance/Time from North Campus to Central Campus

I realize this might sound like a ignorant question but I’ve never visited campus and I figure it’ll be a useful one to ask for others in my position who might want the answer for one reason or another.

In general, my question is: how long does it take to get from North Campus to Central Campus on foot? Keeping in mind that both the North and Central Campuses are quite large, and that weather and individual walking speed play a part, it would be great if you could give a range.

On a more specific note, I signed up for a bowling class which ends fifteen minutes before my government lecture in Ives Hall begins. Would it be a bad idea to stick with this arrangement or would it be possible to comfortably make it to central from Helen Newman in that amount of time?

Thanks.

HN and Ives are mad easy to get between.

Even going from the tip of the Townhouses to the Engineering Quad shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes of walking.

going from donlon to right over the bridge into central is like 5 minutes. going to the engineering quad is like 15

^Going from Donlon to Central in 5 minutes? Maybe a bit more, and depending where in Central you are going to I guess.

Helen Newman to Ives probably takes 10 minutes or less. So, you don’t need to be worried

you’ll be cutting it close but it doesn’t really matter.
