My daughter has applied for a Fulbright to continue her study of medieval history, but is now thinking she’d really like to be a Catholic chaplain. (Yes, women can do this.) She prefers a non-sectarian school and is applying to Harvard. Are there others she should look at?
The University of Chicago has a divinity school, which offers a MDiv degree.
Yale, University of Chicago, and Vanderbilt all have good divinity schools. Also she may want to look at the Graduate Theological Union, a consortium including 8 member schools.
Thank you, @rosered55 and @college_query. I’ll pass along your suggestions!
Another is Union Theological Seminary, at Columbia University.
Good luck to your daughter!
Thanks for your recommendations. I just wanted to give you an update. She ended up applying to two divinity schools, Harvard and BC, and was accepted at both with good merit money.
