Divorce to Gain Independence

<p>Would getting married, and then divorced under the age of 24 allow a student to be considered independent? Or would the divorce be considered a “return” to dependence?</p>

<p>To start this sort of web at age 18 just to get independent status…where does one go from a marriage done in deceit with intent to divorce once money is received.</p>
