Like high school, 4 year universities email and bombard students with pamphlets and whatnot. But if you’re a transfer student at a community college, do they do the same kind of thing but not as often?

I got way less pamphlets as a transfer applicant than a freshman applicant. The only ones that bombarded me were ones that I added on the common app.
The only pamphlets/etc my d got (as a transfer student) were from colleges she actually visited or contacted.
@MLM could you share where your daughter applied and what her stats were? Also where she got accepted?
