Do ACT scores round up?

<p>Okay, hello, in the middle of the night last night, I noticed my ACT scores came in. In a huge rush and hurry, under 1 hour of sleep, I read them. I went up 2 points in my English, it was still a 21. </p>

<p>For the Bright Futures scholarship I needed a 22 ACT composite (of two scores). I calculated my best results and saw that it was a 21.5. </p>

<p>Do they round up still (in 2013)?? I need reassurance.</p>

<p>Yes a 21.5 rounds up to a 22. Are you looking at superscoring? Does Bright Futures superscore?</p>
