I can’t find any info about spring transfer on McGill, Toronto, UBC and etc.s 's website
The only one I can find is that Queen’s doesn’t accept spring transfers
Anyone know anything about spring transfer (or transfer in general) to Canada universities??
I’m transferring there from a UMiami and I’m a Canadian citizen
My family can’t afford UMiami anymore because my dad got sick (it affects his working ability so our family income is significantly lowered) and my younger brother is going to university next year.
McGill has been my dream school ever since I was a child, so I really want to transfer there (or any good Canadian uni)!
Thanks everyone!

McGill doesn’t really offer a lot of courses during the Spring so I doubt they accept any Spring transfers. When I was applying to transfer, I only saw an option for the Fall session (they do on occasion accept Winter transfers but only under certain conditions: [January Admission 2013](http://www.mcgill.ca/applying/ja/)).

If I may ask, is there any particular reason you’re only looking at the Spring semester? Most schools generally accept students for the Fall.

At the top of my head though, there’s only two schools I can think of that accept students during the Summer (for some of their programs): York U ([Deadlines for Undergraduate Study | York University Future Students](http://futurestudents.yorku.ca/requirements/deadlines_summer)) and University of Waterloo ([Findoutmore | University of Waterloo](http://www.findoutmore.uwaterloo.ca/admissions/winter.php)).

I missed the fall transfer deadline and the only way I can do is to apply for spring transfer, because UMiami is tooo tooooooo expensive even one semester is too expensive for us now, and honestly I don’t think it’s that beautiful… actually I’m kinda disappointed at the architecture style. Also, I hate Miami.
