I apologize if this isn’t the right place to ask this question, but I have been conceived with the thought of the benefits received, if any, by very active CC users.
I have seen users with 70k + posts using CC on a regular basis. A user I had PMed replied to every one of the message I sent almost instantly, indicating that he/she opens his/her CC account frequently. Do these users get paid or anything along that line? Or is it just people’s interests that drive them to post 40,50 detailed comments every day?
What users are posting 40k comments per day???

No, frequent posters and moderators are not paid.
We’ve learned from our experiences and hope that we can share some of the information with others. We don’t get paid. Why would we?

On another thread we’re all plotting how to spend our retirement years at the Days Inn. If CC were paying we’d at least try for a Motel 6 or Best Western. Personally, I’d pick the Motel 6. I hear they leave the lights on for us. 
We get satisfaction from helping students and parents and on occasion bringing some dreamers back to reality.
