Do colleges consider first semester senior grades when considering scholarships?

The majority of my applications are Early Action but I am unsure if they would look at my senior grades for scholarships after they send their acceptance (hopefully) letter.

Here they are if it helps…
University of Maryland, College Park
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
Ohio State University
University of Illinois Urbana Champaign

Yes, most schools would factor in your senior grades. So no senioritis.

I wouldn’t slack. Some decisions on scholarships may be made before mid-year reports are sent (end of 1st semester typically), but some may not.

Most schools may withdraw the scholarship awards if you senior grades drop your overall GPA below the requirements.

Why are you asking? Do you expect your first semester senior grades to show improvement?

For EA schools…some don’t give scholarship awards and need based award estimates until well after the first of the year. EA accepted students don’t need to make their decisions about matriculation until May 1.
