I currently attend community college and have been taking classes there for the last year. I am hoping to transfer in the spring semester to a university. I am not applying to any ives. I’m just applying to 2 public state schools and 2 private state schools.

I did not do so well in the fall semester at community college. But in the spring semester, I pulled my grades up. I went from a D, a few C’s, and one F in my classes in the fall semester, to an A and B’s in my classes in the the spring semester. I also took summer session classes, retaking the classes that I didn’t do well in the fall semester, and have earned straight B’s.

Along with my GPA(which is a 2.9) will the colleges take my improvement in the classes I’ve taken into consideration?
