Do colleges look at all sat II scores/ take them all into account?

I’m a junior in high school and took the sat IIs this May. I didn’t have time to prepare for it, so I don’t think I did well at all. I’m considering cancelling my scores (today is the deadline)… but i wanted to know whether colleges actually check ALL sat II scores. If I plan to take them again in September or October and I do better, will only those scores be seen? Or will they all be seen? Do colleges take the lower scores into account?
*I’m applying to UC’s (ucla, uscd, ucsb, berkely,…), NYU, Boston, GW, U of Michigan, (schools in this range)

I believe you don’t have to send all of your scores if you don’t want to. If you retake them, you will usually have the option of score choice (sending in the scores you want). However, for the UCs, they probably will require you to send all your scores. But don’t worry–only your highest scores will be taken into account.

you can choose which scores to send I think, from what I remember.
