Do colleges look at community college transcript?

As a high schooler who is concurrently taking community college courses, will colleges look at my community college transcript when I apply?

Also those CC grades will be part of your permanent college record, so if you do apply to Medical school, Dental school, Graduate school etc… they will need to be reported and a transcript also submitted.
