Just got accepted early decision to Cornell. I have been doing fine for my quarter grades, maintaining b+/a averages in my classes. However, i just found out that i received two C’s on two of my midterms. Will Cornell even look at my midterms since I was already accepted, or could this turn out to be detrimental for me? Thanks.

bumppppppppp

Two C’s should be fine. As long as you don’t fail classes, you won’t get rescinded.

Cornell will look at your midterm grades and your year-end grades. It they are concerned they will let you know. If they let you know, then lift your grades before the end of the year. Congrats your acceptance to Cornell.

but do you think that they will be concerned with two C’s on midterms, or are they more concerned about poor quater grades?
