Do colleges look at School Profile in the common app?

I talked to my GC and she said that she rarely sends the school profile to colleges but it can be accessed by colleges though the common app. Not sure what that means of how they can access it.

It can be uploaded the same way your GC uploads your transcript, recommendations, etc.
