Do colleges look at Senior schedules?

<p>Do colleges like UCF and USF look at the classes you’ve selected for your Senior year? Would taking harder classes your Senior year improve your chances of being accepted?</p>

<p>Also, if anyone could answer this I would greatly appreciate it:
I was recommended to take Dual Credit classes over the Summer, but my Summer so far is looking beyond busy. I’ll be working the majority of the time, and I’ll be working on increasing the amount of service hours I have. Would taking Summer classes still be a good idea :s?</p>

<p>Taking challenging classes increases your prospects for admission if you do well in them.</p>

<p>During the summer, you need to do something that makes productive use of your time. Working for pay fits that bill, and so does community service. If you’ve filled your schedule with those things, then your schedule is full. Which is fine. It’s better to do those things and do them well than to do even more things and do them all half-way.</p>
