Do colleges look at these?

I was wondering if colleges specifically look at grades or rather do they look at grades in a marking period, or semester when they look at a student

So would they, say look at a biology test score or just my overall scores in biology?

Colleges don’t have time to look at every single test score. Just your overall score.
