It seems like a lot of kids stress out so much over getting a 98 on their Chemistry regents instead of 100, and it seems they try their best to be perfect. But I see a lot of kids in my school with 70 averages and borderline failing grades getting accepted to Stony Brook and Binghamton so what gives? It seems like it’s not as hard to get into college as it is made out to be.

What the frig! I got rejected from Stony Brook with a 3.8 gpa from SUNY Albany as a junior… I’m starting to think they just pull names out of a hat. I’m hoping for some better luck with Binghamton though.
