<p>My D just won three big awards from a county scholarship foundation. Last year only three students in the county won two of these awards. Because Penn is in the “most selective” category, will notifying Penn of these awards help her chances much (assuming she is a good candidate), or is a school like Penn primarily interested in national and state awards?</p>
