So lets suppose there are 2 student who want to get into NYU (a university that is hard to get into)and a university like Iowa state which is easy to get into. Student X has the same Stats as student Y but student Y cannot afford the full time fees of the university where as student X can afford the fees for the university, who is more likely to be accepted ?
Do acceptance rate of universities count too in such matters ?
If the school is need aware, then it will count. But if you are admitted and cannot afford it, why bother.

And what do you think about High school curriculum if somebody took O-A levels and scored average while another student took HSC which is used in india , Pakistan , Bangladesh etc and scored excellent will this be counted as well
Are you still trying to get into Iowa State for engineering? Your chances depend on how many internationals they accept and what stats the other applicants have. In Nov. you said your SAT is 1850 but in Dec. you said it’s 1600 so it’s difficult to see where you stand compared to previous applicants, but if your stats are lowish for the school I wouldn’t count on the ability to pay making up for it.
The schools that are best for job placement will depend on where you plan to work after you graduate. Do you have safeties lined up in your home country? Compare their job placement rate to get a feel for which might be best for you.
