Do grades from a college course taken in HS affect admissions or go to your college transcript?

It looks like they don’t attach grades to transferred courses unless they were transferred from another UC institution. This is the policy at [UC Davis](Reading Your Official Transcript):

Non-UC transfer credit is reflected in the student’s total units completed, not total UC units completed, and are not reflected within the cumulative UC grade point average (GPA). Transfer credit from other UC institutions appear under the transfer credit heading and is reflected within the total units completed, total UC attempted units, total UC grade points, and UC GPA.
