Do High School students who work part time have to include their income on the tax return?

Hey guys,
I had a job for 4 years and I make below minimum wage. I was wondering if I have to provide my income on tax returns. The thing is that I am applying through HEOP/EOP soI’m not sure if they require it. In terms of validating my job, I do have the boss’s verification letter.
Would this letter be sufficient enough to prove to Admission officers that I worked during H.S
