Do I even stand a chance for Engineering?

<p>My SAT is a 2250, that’s not much better than my GPA.</p>

<p>My GPA was lowered due to 2 D’s and a B I got in the first sem of my sophomore year. From then on I’ve had a 4.0. </p>

<p>I won’t write up my full “chance me” manifesto just yet, but from what i’m giving you right now, do I stand a chance? Guys with lower GPAs have gotten into UCD’s Engineering program from my school, but none of them ever had anything lower than a C+. </p>

<p>Do I have a chance at Comp Eng, Mech Eng or Environmental Eng?</p>

<p>You’re fine. If you retook those classes in which you got a D, over summer school perhaps, then it will be overlooked. If not, I think you should still have a good chance.</p>
