Do I have 30 credits for transfer?

<p>Hello!</p>

<p>During my senior year at high school, I did joint enrollment at Georgia Southwestern State University. Then I did summer classes (June & July '09) and in all i have 22 credits. For the fall of my freshmen year (still at GSW), I have signed up for 14 credits, which i will most probably will have earned by mid Dec '09.</p>

<p>When will can I at the earliest apply for UGA? Do i have to have 30 credits before I apply? because I wish to start my 2nd year at UGA.</p>
