Do I have a chance at Berkeley

<p>I just took my gre exam and I received a 490 on verbal and 720 on quantative. Do I have a chance to get into Engineering related grad programs. I am looking into the SESAME program, which is science, engineering and mathematics education program or getting my masters in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, I got my B.S in IE from Rutgers and my gpa is about 3.69.</p>

<p>The process is semi random but chances look bad for you. Make sure your letters of recommendation and research is good. Try to retake the GRE if you can.</p>

<p>I had a friend with similar GRE stats, but a significantly higher GPA (3.9+) and lots of research experience that got into every school he applied to.</p>
