How could i be unique from other applicants?

I am willing to work really hard to achieve this. I will do anything. Tell me if i do not have a chance or if i do.

Im worried. Please help. Thank you!

You prrofile fits 2 groups of Brown applicants
1- those that are accepted
2- those that are not

Maybe you will get into Brown; maybe not. Brown routinely says no to 80-90 of highly qualfiied candidates like yourself, so it’s a crapshoot for almost everyone (e.g., 79% of Valedictorians, 84% of Salutatorians, and 85% of those with a 750-790 on SAT Critical Reading get a “no”.)

If Brown is really your heart’s desire apply Early Decision " . . . a plan under which first-year applicants to Brown may apply for admission in the fall of their senior year and receive an admission decision in mid-December. Early Decision is intended for students who consider Brown their top choice."

There is no magic formula for getting in: interesting essays, depth in ECs; high grades and SATs all play a role. Depth and commitment seem to matter more than many many ECs, so concentrate on what you are passionate about rather than try to psyche out the Admissions Office by doing ECs that you think might matter to them.

Generally, but not always a good idea - if financial aid is required/desired, it’s useful to compare offers from different schools, and if the student feels senior fall grades will demonstrate an upward trend, then waiting to apply RD may make one a stronger candidate.

Either way, once grades/scores/etc. are at a certain point, what seems to be most important at Brown (but certainly not a sure-fire way to get in) is to demonstrate excellently “Why is Brown the best fit for me?” and “Why am I an exceptional student for Brown?”

Applying ED needing financial aid is reasonable ONLY when you have that one dream school above all others, when your only question is: Can I afford it? Otherwise, as many say, you should apply RD so you can compare FA offers.

But when you DO have that dream school, applying ED increases your chances of acceptance at least somewhat at most schools, and gets the stress over early. And if your dream school does not offer you enough FA to make attendance possible, you (sadly) say thanks but no thanks, and apply RD to other schools, as if ED never happened.

Can I go to my dream school brown university or any pharmacy school if I had a bad sophomore year and I would make it up with a good junior and senior, volunteer, leadership, etc. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I’m not sure I understand how Brown and pharmacy schools are related, but…it’s possible that you could get into Brown, but remember that you’re competing against numerous candidates who did not struggle sophomore year - you’ll certainly be at a disadvantage.

Is there anything that could increase my chances of getting in?

A rising trend in all areas will help. :)

What are the requirements of getting into brown?

Requirements probably isn’t the right word. High grades, test scores, a rigorous schedule, excellent essays and LoRs, plus good ECs are generally seen as vital, though. With admissions as competitive as they are, it’d really be beneficial to have exceptional reasons why Brown is the school for you and why you’re an excellent fit for Brown. With that said, none of those are technically requirements.
