<p>I am applying to transfer to penn for 2010 fall</p>
<p>Here is my status:
4.0 GPA, 2020 SAT, good recommendation letters,
I play saxophone, have been a debater for one year in college,
I formed a student group with my friends in my current college, some volunteer work experience, but not much.
3.8 GPA in high school and I was a director in a drama competition in high school.</p>
<p>Do I have a chance to get in penn?
Plus, I am a international student and now in a state college</p>
