<p>Your stats certainly look good and the NA thought so too or you wouldn’t have been invited to SS. That said, the academy is receiving applications at a pace well above normal so more qualified applicants will not get appointments than in other years.</p>
<p>I don’t think your family background matters - unless a parent was a Medal of Honor recipient. </p>
<p>Have you applied for nominations from your Sen’s and Rep? If not, get on it, deadlines are probably just around the corner. </p>
