<p>Mombee, thank you for the clarification. I didn’t have my handbook on hand and I couldn’t remember where that 8yrs service fit. To clarify on my comment, and this is directly from my BGO training guide on Nominations:</p>
<p>A Presidential Nom can go to:
- A candidate who’s parent is currently on Active Duty, OR retired from Active Duty w/ pay.
- On reserve duty w/ a min of 8yrs service (2880 pts) or be eligible or drawing retired pay.</p>
