Hopkins is my absolute dream school and I would love to know your opinions on admissions chances if I apply ED.

SAT: 2120 (My test scores arent the best)

On the TEDx executive team at my school
In the forensics society and compete in Asia-wide tournaments for two oratory events
I do extensive scientific research in third-world countries under the mentorship of university professors
I have a good “story” about how all my interests come together (mainly science and service) and a great application showing lots of passion, evolvement, leadership etc.

Yes, you have a good shot at Johns Hopkins. Although your SAT score isn’t the best, it’s still competitive. Your ECs and numerous APs are certainly great, and the fact that your parents are donating alums is a HUGE HUGE plus. If your essays help show your passions and interests while telling a story that stands out and is uniquely you, your chances at the school are pretty high. Good luck!
Right now, you have a good hook going for you, but there are still some things that can be improved on. I would retake the SAT and try to improve it (if you can get a 1500 on the new SAT, I’d feel really good about your chances). You’re a junior I presume, so you still have plenty of time.
