I am caucasian. My grandpa went to UCLA and my aunt went there for the undergraduate program, but went to USC for the graduate program. My dad, grandma, and uncle went to USC. Does being a legacy help?

Do I have a chance at:

 1. USC
 2. UCLA
 3. Berkeley
 4. Boston University
 5. Stanford (yah, I know this is really unlikely but do my qualifications give me the right to apply…as in a sporting chance?)
 6. Cornell (“^”) (I’ve recieved 3 information packets…don’t know if that means they are interested or not)
 7. Brown (“^”)

THANK YOU SO UNBELIEVABLY MUCH! I am very grateful to everyone who takes the time to help me out here. I am finding the process very stressful. Thanks again

I’m no expert, but I’d definitely say it’s worth a shot! Your credentials are pretty good - you seem like an applicant that each of them would at least consider. I’d go for it!
