Do I have a shot at transferring?

I just finished my 3rd year of college and have been studying Psychology during those years. I’ve decided on a degree change and wish to major in Environmental Science. I am planning on applying for the Fall 2015 semester.

For the first 2 years I went to an in state college and received the following in grades:

8 x A’s
4 x B+'s
2 x B’s
1 x B-
1 x C+
1 x C
1 x pass

Over the last year I went to another university in Alaska (transferred) - I didn’t do as well and the last semester put me on probation. (online courses plus a lot of issues back home - no excuse I know that but things happened and I did struggle.

Fall 2013:

1 x B-
2 x C’s
1 x pass

Spring Semester (2014)

1 x B
1 x C+
1 x D
1 x F

the last semester put me on probation.

My question is will that last semester mess me up with transferring? I’d love to transfer to one of the following schools (somewhat closer to home)

University of Idaho,
Oregon state university
university of wyoming
Idaho State University.

Do I have a shot or does that probation really mess up my plans? I know no one can say for certain but…any thoughts?
