Do I have a shot with mid years?

So i am taking a pretty rigorous course load
my cumulative GPA is a 3.94
my sat score is a 1300 (CR+math)

(first marking period grades/ second marking period grades)
AP Calc (C/C)
two blow off classes as electives(A/A and A/A)
AP Environmental (A/B)
Honors English (B+/B+)
AP Psych (B/B)

so my weighted GPA is a 4.1 first marking period and a 4.02 second marking period
i was wondering if my two C’s in AP Calc are really hurting my chances of getting in
i also emailed them abut the extra curriculars i picked up like an internship, job, and track, etc

i forgot to mention that my intended major is political science and my internship is congressional so will the c in calc be really bad to the admission committee?

Certainly not a good thing, but fortunately your major has nothing to do with math xD Besides the obvious GPA detriments, I’d say you have a decent shot still, just hope that your internship/ec’s were persuasive enough! Good luck!
