I’m currently a senior and i just finished all of my applications. I’m just really stressed because I really want to get into my dream school. My dream school is USC, but my other top choices are UT Austin and NYU.
At USC, i applied for Media Arts + Practice, UT Austin for Arts & Entertainment Technologies, and NYU for Interactive digital media. So in the end, I would like to pursue a career in digital media.
SAT - 1370 (780 M, 590 CWR)
GPA - 3.68W/4.0 (my school doesn’t do unweighted)
Activities - Golf, Lacrosse, Managing Editor for Yearbook, VP of Technology for DECA, and Executive board member for Student council. I’ve also written for some newspapers, and I played piano and took art classes (for all years except senior year).
Other info: female, asian (indian), from Illinois
I’ve had a pretty rigorous course load, 9 AP’s and all honors classes.
I felt like my essays were really good, and I think my letters of rec were decent, but I really thought my creativity shined through in my usc sca application. But I’m just not sure if it will be enough.
