There is more, but I think that’s the most important ones.

So do I have any chance to get into Stanford?

Probably not

unless you can increase that SAT score by about 500 points or get some amazing/outstanding extracurriculars, you don’t have much of a chance at all

Would Mu Alpha theta (math club) be a good extracurricular?

yeah handlebars took what i was going to say. your scores need to go up by about 500 points. your ranking is low as well (for Stanford). joining another club isn’t going to be the key to improving your profile. sadly, being asian kind of works against you as well.

in short, no. :(

Nope. Sorry.

Sorry, not seeing it ):

Unless you manage to increase your SAT score and pump out some stellar ec’s.

Again there is no out of state in stanford, they are a private university. SAT scores need to go up and it will help if you improve class rank, top 10% sounds better than top 25% -:)

Also, I just realized that you said you were going to take the Bio SAT II but Stanford, I believe, requires at least two subject tests if you submit SAT scores. So I think you better find another SAT II to take.

Two are recommended, but none are required.

To the OP: you have essentially no chance.

i don’t think so… but i do wanna get into that college… it’s just that i heard that it’s a nerd college… you know, smarts peepz…
