<p>Dannyboy, I know how you feel. My sophomore year, first semester I had a GPA of 3.2, second: 2.67. I didn’t bother calculating my UC GPA for that year, but I would guess it would be like a 3.1 haha. Junior year, of course, I got straight A’s while taking 4 AP courses. No extra curriculars, either, SAT superscore of 2000, highest sitting of 1880. Yeah, I was lucky to get into Davis. Then again, even during my sophomore year, I still retained decent grades in my math classes, and since I applied as a math major, that probably helped somewhat.</p>
