Do I have enough credits/hours to bypass the SAT/ACT requirement?

I’m looking at multiple schools to transfer to and many of them require standardized test scores if you have completed less than 30 Credits/Hours.I never have taken these tests, so I’m curious to know if I’ll be able to transfer.

I’m looking at my transcript and it says the following:

Attempt Hours: 34
Passed Hours: 31
Earned Hours: 28
GPA Hours: 28

Which one is used to determine my eligibility to bypass this requirement?

I’d say earned hours, as you earned 28 hours. That’s usually what shows up on your transcript. Also, if you failed a course (as your transcript appears to say), I would hope that you aren’t trying to transfer “up”, as the committee will question that.
