Do I Have to Have Any Extracurriculars on My Transcript in Order to Go to Cornell?

As a home-educated student, I don’t really have any access to what you would call “extracurriculars,” and all I could offer to colleges is a good academic record and perhaps workplace experience. So, my question is this: could I get into top universities such as Cornell with a high GPA, a good standardized test score, an adroitly written essay, and a nice job history?

Maybe you’re thinking of extracurriculars too narrowly - do you play an instrument, sing in a choir, do any dance or sports or theater, any community service?

The only two things I could count as extracurriculars are acting and, if I learn how to do so, playing the piano.
