Do I have to mention a college I applied to but never formally enrolled in?

I go to Mt. SAC, and a few weeks earlier I was thinking of cross-enrolling to PCC for the spring semester to take a class that wasn’t offered here. After deliberating on it, I ultimately decided to stay at Mt. SAC for the remainder of the year and just do classes here, so I’m wondering if I have to mention PCC or not.

I applied to PCC for spring 2015 and received a student ID and log-in code

I decided to stay at Mt SAC for the rest of the 2014-2015 year instead

I never enrolled in any classes at PCC, am I still a “student” there? (And do I have to mention this?)

Thanks!

*note I already submitted my UC app. I just started wondering about this when I read about what you had to report in the January academic update, such as class schedule changes or transferring to different schools.

No, I don’t think so. It’ll only be an issue if you enrolled in any classes at PCC. They take that very seriously and require you to list all classes you’ve taken in college, complete or not.

Still, if you’re unsure, you can mention that you applied to that school in the additional comments section without taking any classes there.

Alright, thanks very much!
