The financial aid I receive covers the costs of my education but my question is does adding an extra class mean I have to pay for it? Like if I take 20 credits instead of 15 credits?

Thanks.

people without financial aid pay the same amount up to 18 credits, and then it gets more expensive. so if you weren’t getting financial aid you would have to pay more to take 20 credits, but I’m unsure how financial aid works so i’m not really sure.

Okay thanks. Do you this is okay? I have Music120(linked with Engl197) and Econ 200. I want to stick in Math126.

Thanks.

…just add the credits. Like spaceneedle said, if it’s under 18 credits, it’s more. If it’s between 12-18 credits, it’s one flat rate.

Yeah, I know that but I was talking about the workload because Music120(w/Engl197) and Econ200 seems a little too easy and I was wondering if it would be okay to add Math126 or will that be too much work? Generally are my first three courses easy enough to the point where I can add a more difficult class (like Math126) without getting into too much trouble?

Your question is about cost of credits, not difficulty of a course load.

I think his original question was about the cost of the credits but then his follow-up question in his following post was about the course load, just a little unclear/misunderstanding going on. btw I think you can try 4 courses. You can drop one and be above the 12credit min.
