Do I have to report all of the scores that are on my transcript?

Hey, guys! I have a question about score reporting. I am applying to Notre Dame and Northwestern; both of which use Score Choice and allow applicants to self-report their scores. I have a 34 and 33 ACT scores and a 1470 SAT score.
If I did not have an issue, I would simply report my 34 ACT score; however, my counselor put all three scores on my transcript. Therefore, can I simply send just my 34 ACT score in anyways, or will that look dishonest to the colleges? Do they look at the reported scores on my transcript? If they do, is there any way for my counselor to remove the scores from my transcript after he already submitted it?

Self reporting only one score is not considered dishonest unless the college requires all scores. Don’t worry
