Do i have to send my old cc's grades too?

<p>Hi, there…</p>

<p>Here is my situation… </p>

<p>I went to so many different college at the first time. and got a bad grade from</p>

<p>one of cc… (completed 15units with 2.4gpa) </p>

<p>i moved out to other college right after i got 2.4gpa and started over. </p>

<p>somehow i have 3.7gpa in current school + 4.0GPA (TOOK ONLY ONE CLASS) </p>

<p>FROM OTHER COLLEGE. </p>

<p>So, here is my question. if i am going to apply some of uc,</p>

<p>Do i have to send all of my grades from each of colleges???</p>

<p>i dont want to send my old cc’s grades cause its kill my whole gpa…</p>

<p>what u guys think? does anyone who accepted from some uc without sent</p>

<p>If you get caught doing so, your application will be outright rejected; any future application from you will also be red flagged I think.</p>

<p>I doubt he will get caught… I think most schools run on honor system… I’m not saying it’s right though</p>

<p>You don’t want to be dishonest. Most applications ask you to list every college you have attended (even for one class) and to submit transcripts from each. You can hope that the upward trend will work in your favor.</p>

<p>I cannot speak for any other schools about this matter, but I know a close friend who was in the same position. He had dropped out of a UC with a 2.0 GPA due to some circumstances, and reenrolled in community college. He did extremely well there and he was offered acceptance to UCLA. </p>

<p>However, a few days later, they rescinded his acceptance because somehow, UCLA found out that he hadn’t reported ALL his grades. He appealed, but UCLA was very strict on that. So, yes, I think the UCs will know if you ever have been enrolled. They are a statewide system after all, not separate schools.

<p>You must report your full academic record when filing an application. This includes all courses and grades from all Colleges and Universities.</p>

<p>The UCs want you to submit records from all of your college history; you can not ignore your old grades. Eventually they’ll request the transcript.</p>

<p>I think you can have your diploma revoked for something like that.</p>

<p>^^Yes, ANY class taken at ANY point at a CC / University / College counts. Unless it was a non-transferable class…then it probably wouldn’t count.</p>
