Hi guys so I took both the act and the old sat. I did really well on the act and got a 35. Unfortunately my sat didn’t go as well as I only got a 2190. I’m afraid that if I report my sat it’ll impact my chances negatively. Do I have to let colleges know that I got a 2190 or can I choose too only tell them about my act?
First, a 2190 won’t be looked at negatively. Second, only a handful of school want all scores reported. Check your school list to see if they are one of them.
Only send the 35 unless all scores are required as it concords to a 1570 SAT (2330 under the old format)
