Do I have to submit O'Level scores for junior transfer?

<p>Hi. I am currently studying in a cc in the US and I’m applying to universities for transfer this fall. I have graduated from a high school overseas so I have taken O’Level.</p>

<p>However, do you think I should submit my OLEVEL scores to the universities? I am transferring as a junior. If I need to do so, how can I send the official certificates to the universities? I only have one copy in hand right now…</p>
