Hello everyone. Im very confused at AP test. I don’t know I should take this test or not. What this test can do for me? Will it affect to my CV a lot?

The AP test is to gain college credit for your work in the course. Colleges like to see students take the exam because that is what the course is designed to prepare you for.

I wouldn’t really put AP test scores on a CV/resume, but a good score (usually 3 or higher, sometimes 4 or 5) may get you credit for introductory college classes so that you do not have to take them in college.

Whether you have to take them depends on the school, some schools require that you take the AP test if you’re enrolled in the corresponding AP course.

While I agree with the 2 posts above, if you are a Senior, and the college you will be attending does not give credit for a specific test, there’s no point in taking the test unless your HS requires it.
