<p>Stanford cares a lot more about its applicants than just SAT scores/grades. so there’s no real way to say. hopefully you have more going for you than just those stats.</p>
<p>If e.c.'s are an important factor in my case, i should note that among 400+ combined hours of volunteering and a few club memberships, i am deeply involved in my church and its activites. I’ve participated in church competitions, helped organize retreats, lead Sunday school classes, and this past summer I visited Africa on a church trip and helped deliver aid to some of the impoverished children there. </p>

<p>I think it helps a lot. Your ECs clearly show a passion for helping out with your church and volunteering. You just have to emphasize those aspects in your essays and recommendations (have someone in your church write you a recommendation). Best of luck!</p>
